According to anatomy dictionary knee is the joint of the leg that allows movement between the femur and tibia and is protected by the patella. Femur is the longest, strongest and largest bone in human body. It also describe as a bone in the human leg that extend from the pelvis to the knee. Whew what a term and it all sounds strange to me though i got all of those.
